1. What products do you sell?
We offer a variety of handmade products including pet keychains, pet stickers, magnetic and regular bookmarks, and stationery items. Each item is thoughtfully designed and crafted to bring joy to pet & animal lovers!
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are temporarily closed. Please check this page for updates on when they will reopen!
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
We offer domestic shipping within the USA and international shipping to the following regions: the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
6. Can I make a change to my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
7. When will you restock?

8. Do you offer wholesale?

9. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
10. What is your return policy?
