Wholesale opportunities are available exclusively for businesses based in the United States.

1. How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account:

Please reach out via email (wholesale@millymadedesigns.com) to begin the application process. In your email, please include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your business name and website (if applicable)
  • A brief description of your store, including its location and product focus.

Provide Required Documentation

Applicants must submit:

  • A Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • A Business Resale Certificate

(Note: Requesting this information complies with legal requirements for wholesale agreements.)

Once we review your inquiry, we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.

2. Approval Process

Once your application is approved:

  • A wholesale price list along with a digital catalog will be emailed to you.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) or amounts will be provided upon approval of your wholesale account.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

4. Shipping Details

  • Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order.
  • We ship exclusively within the United States for wholesale orders.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • All wholesale orders are final. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or credit.

6. Exclusive Designs (TEMPORARILY CLOSED)

  • Some designs may be exclusive to specific regions or stores. Let us know if this is of interest to you. Please note that processing times for exclusive designs may take longer, as they are made to order.
